Abosskal Oferka JV was founded by İbrahim Sezgin. Joining forces with the participation of Electrical Engineer M.Altan Yazıcıoğlu they continue to reflect their 28 years of Electrical and Mechanical contracting experience to their work.
As Abosskal Oferka JV, we established our branch called Abosskal Ltd. with the participation of Civil Engineer Selahattin Yetim and Electrical Engineer M.Altan Yazıcıoğlu in the Republic of Rwanda, which we think is suitable for investment conditions. Abosskal Ltd. will make beneficial studies and investments both in Rwanda and in Turkey.
The projects; we will carry out in Turkey, Russia, Turkmenistan and Libya are the works that will be considered to fulfill their commitment with the companies that M. Altan Yazicioğlu is a partner of.
Our company has a ability that can be organized immediately in work programs and prefer projects as finished.
We are proud to deliver all the projects on time which determined by us calculating as man power - time, and the ability arranging optimun level of engineer - formen - turkish and local numbers of workers.
